Which oils should I use in my Sweet Dreams Sleep Aid?
We recommend only using Euky Bear oils in your unit and also cleaning as per directions. Using other oils or cleaning agents may affect the plastic, resulting in the lid not being able to be removed. We also recommend your unit is cleaned as per directions after use to remove any oil residue.
How do I use my Sweet Dreams Sleep Aid buttons?
The Sweet Dreams unit uses a touch-sensitive panel which responds best to a light, quick press similar to a smartphone screen.
How do I ensure an optimum mist level using my Sweet Dreams Sleep Aid?
Firstly, ensure that the two arrows on the lid and base aligned, meaning the lid is fitted correctly. We recommend using room temperature / tepid water and ensuring your unit is filled to the max line (300mls) at the start of use to ensure a desirable mist flow. If you would like the mist to flow continuously, make sure the timer is off using the mist button.
